Susan’s career includes Global Program Manager for a Fortune 50 Information Technology Company, playing a key role in designing, developing and deploying experiential learning programs for sales leaders and teams. Many had reported achieving significant sales increases due to participation in her programs and/or engaging her as an executive or team coach. Susan’s creative implementation of an integrated learning program for a sales leadership team responsible for annual revenues of $8B contributed to an 18-point increase in employee morale. In another instance, Susan was instrumental in training and mobilizing 75 certified sales coaches who influenced the results of sales professionals globally.

Susan has used her extensive knowledge of the Information Technology (IT) industry and leadership to forge stronger trust and collaboration among a large hospital’s IT senior management team during a complex rollout of an EPIC electronic medical records system, resulting in decreased employee response times to the hospital’s clients.

Susan co-delivers an ‘Executive Performance’ professional development program to Partners at a top Management Consulting firm, expanding their expertise in developing and managing key client relationships. The program was recognized with the prestigious Brandon Hall Group Excellence award.
