He has been coaching clients world-wide (Americas, Asia and Europe) since 1995. Mark's coaching approach helps focus clients on practical steps they can take to change behavior, overcome obstacles, and realize greater personal fulfillment and career success.
Mark established a training curriculum for professional hires coming into IBM’s Global Services organization. This required expanding and accelerating a new hire curriculum that trained 1200 professionals annually, resulting in over $55 million dollars of incremental revenue to the North America organization alone. He was also the Leadership Portfolio Executive supporting IBM’s Global Services organization and was certified as an Executive Coach with a number of IBM C-suite executive clients.
As a Senior Consultant for a leadership development organization, Mark delivered an executive development curriculum for a number of different clients including: BellSouth, American Express Financial Services, Boeing - McDonnell Douglas, Emory University and the American Cancer Society. He also provided an executive development plan for a number of senior executives ensuring that a multi-million dollar worldwide training budget was prudently invested and executed for over 55,000 employees of a large IT services provider. Mark has coached executives, sales professionals, and leaders in the transportation, information technology, communications and financial services industries.
Mark is a certified Hay McBer Executive Coach and ACT Change Consultant. Accredited with Coaches Training Institute (CTI), he has received two external coaching specific certifications. One is the Professional Certified Coach (PCC) designation from the International Coach Federation and the other is a Certified Co-Active Coach (CPCC) designation from CTI. Mark is certified to administer the Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBIT) and is proficient in the use of the following tools: GENOS Emotional Intelligence Assessment, Climate, Styles, Competencies instruments (HayGroup), and Thomas Kilman Conflict Resolution Mode.
Mark is a graduate of San Jose University. He has been married to his wife, Jeanne, for twenty-five years. They have two grown children and live in the metropolitan Atlanta, Georgia, area. Mark stays busy with community and charitable activities as well as running a successful consulting and coaching practice.
