Lesley Tracy is an Executive Coach, Senior Consultant, and Business Development professional with SHAMBAUGH. Lesley’s 30 years of experience centers around her role as a Senior Organization Change Management Consultant and Coach. She was a Senior Manager and Consultant with Accenture and PricewaterhouseCoopers, and a Senior Organization Change Management Consultant with Hewlett Packard and Infosys, as well as consulting to Nationwide and EMC. Lesley is pleased to return to the Shambaugh team after more than a decade of consulting and coaching. She was part of the Shambaugh team in 2001-2002.
Lesley’s background is a unique blend of technology and psychology well suited for her role in consulting, as well as her position as the Director of HR for Corporate IT at Marriott Corporation where Lesley developed an understanding of the IT mindset in terms of strengths and weaknesses juxtaposed with the needs of end users and the changing IT landscape.
Lesley coaches leaders on successfully leading transformations and business challenges. She specializes in organization change management planning and execution, coaching leaders to be more effective, proactive, engaged in change, and in leading successful transformations. Lesley’s orientation is towards business results, behavior and cultural insights, and problem solving with creative and integrative solutions. Lesley has expertise working with IT organizations, IT transformations, IT outsourcing, software implementations and end user adoption to technology. Lesley’s clients come from Telecommunications, Energy, Consumer, Pharma, Insurance, Healthcare, Government and Transportation.
In addition, during Lesley’s varied career, she specialized in facilitation, requirements training courses, outplacement coaching and workshops, as well as career coaching. She was an adjunct professor at Endicott College (courses in Leadership and HR) and she served as a guest lecturer at Cornell University, delivering a case study on IT Outsourcing and the Challenges.
Lesley is a magna cum laude graduate of George Mason University with a BA and MA in Psychology. She also has an MS in Management of Technology from American University, graduating with high distinction. When she was with Marriott, she earned an HR Certificate from Cornell University.
Lesley has two grown daughters and six grandchildren. She resides in Marblehead, Massachusetts. She supports Esperanza, a school for disadvantaged girls, located in Lawrence, MA.
