Julie Williams is a consultant and advisor, driving innovation through inclusive cultures for SHAMBAUGH. Julie known by many as the “Transformation Guru,” Julie specializes in solving unique business problems and community challenges. With over 30 years of experience in the corporate and non-profit world, she has transformed organizations and communities across the country. She is an accomplished diversity expert, author, as well as a gifted organizational management change expert.
Julie provides innovative solutions, including examination and enhancement of systems to foster greater levels of inclusion which drive innovation, enhanced business performance, and increased management efficiency.
Julie has conducted numerous attrition and retention trend analysis to assess organizational management barriers towards inclusion and gender equality and has developed operational strategies to improve.
Julie sits on the Board of Directors of The Corps Network and is an Adviser to the National Science Foundation’s youth podcast, Brains On!. She holds an M.A. in Psychological Counseling with an emphasis on Racial Identity from Teachers College, Columbia University in New York and a B.A. in Communications from Clark Atlanta University in Atlanta, Georgia.
