Jackie is an executive coach and senior consultant for SHAMBAUGH. Jackie brings significant corporate coaching and mentoring experiences for a derive spectrum of leaders and executives. Jackie has a number of coaching certifications to include the International Coaching Federation. She has had a positive track record coaching leaders and executives on such topics as situational leadership, transitioning into a new role, strategic thinking, building high performance teams, leading change, and managing up.
Jackie works closely with business executives to uncover critical business challenges and alleging those with key learning requirements of which she designs and delivers targeted and results based curriculum known for closing critical skill gaps for organization’s leaders.
Jackie’s prior experience also includes working for IBM in various leadership roles for over 20 years. Having worked in the Sales and Learning business unit (in the local, regional and headquarters locations), she gained extensive corporate leadership experience in management, training, coaching, consulting, sales, brand management and business development. This combination of experience allows her to work effectively with leaders at all levels and to help them be more effective and impactful.
Jackie received her MBA at Rutgers University and is a graduate of the Advanced Management Program at Rutgers University. She also holds a Bachelor of Science in Math from Hampton University.
