Frances Molinaro

Senior Consultant and Professional Facilitator

Francesca Molinaro is a Human Resources expert, seasoned facilitator and subject matter expert on workplace diversity and inclusion (D&I), employee engagement and organizational development for SHAMBAUGH. Frances has years of experience working with clients on driving organizational change, developing and implementing D&I best practices, assisting internal stakeholders in designing and delivering strategic D&I initiatives, and building internal awareness, engagement, and accountability for D&I at all levels of the organization.

She has worked with clients in a variety of areas including corporate diversity, change management, leadership development, gender / cross cultural training, competency modeling, and strategy development.

Frances is fluent in Spanish and has worked globally in Latin America, Africa, Asia, the Middle East and Central and Eastern Europe. These global experiences have given her an understanding of working cross-culturally with individuals from diverse backgrounds.

Frances was a founding member and former Chair of the Board of Directors for Excel Academy Public Charter School, the first Public Charter School for girls in Washington, DC. She was co-chair of the Society for International Development's Gender and Development Group from 2002 - 2008.

Frances holds Masters Degrees from both the London School of Economics and George Washington University. She completed her Bachelor of Arts Degree (Hons.) at the University of Toronto.
