Our findings indicate that there are universal skills, behaviors and characteristics in women leaders that are aligned with success in a cross-section of organizations and industries. However, in the Professional Services environment, there are specific areas which require adaptation of the content, as well as learning and mentoring approaches. These areas include, but are not limited to, career-pathing and promotional opportunities, and business development and relationship-building skills.
