This program will also be based on Rebecca Shambaugh’s best-selling book, It’s Not A Glass Ceiling, It’s A Sticky Floor, which includes proven strategies and techniques for women to empower themselves to define and achieve their career/life goals and advance to the senior levels of leadership in their organizations.
The purpose of this development initiative is to advance women’s confidence and competence in their current roles and prepare them to step into more senior leadership or executive roles within their organization.
