WILL is an innovative and exciting five-day program conducted over four months that addresses the key aspects of leadership most pertinent to the success of women in today's business environment.

SHAMBAUGH's one-of-a-kind WILL program focuses on distinctive and common challenges, opportunities and potential derailers that women leaders face in their work environments. Participants learn about the Sticky Floors*- those self-limiting beliefs, assumptions and behaviors that hold them back from achieving their greatest potential at work. They also develop specific strategies to address their sticky floors, which provides a truly unique process of learning and development for women who want to become highly effective leaders.

Learning Methods 

This highly interactive program, with 5 sessions scheduled over 4 months, includes a 360 survey for greater self-awareness; case work, practical tools, and assessments; cross – mentoring opportunities; best practice mind share sessions; guest speakers; and readings. Participants work with an executive coach for the duration of the program. Optional follow-on coaching is also available.

WILL Alumni Network

Graduates of the WILL Program join a network of women leaders who, having shared the WILL experience, get together several times a year to enjoy on-going networking and continuous learning experiences.
