Interactive Speaking Engagements - (90 min)
These Interactive Speaking Engagements are based on the book, It’s Not A Glass Ceiling, It’s A Sticky Floor, by Rebecca Shambaugh. The Sticky Floors are those self-limiting beliefs, assumptions and behaviors that hold women back in their careers. They are usually not addressed in other Leadership courses and women find it invaluable to learn about them.

These sessions are led by Rebecca Shambaugh and are often co-facilitated with another SHAMBAUGH faculty member. While Rebecca sets the stage for understanding the need for, as well as the importance of, women reaching their full potential in the business world, she also gives tips, tools, and techniques for achieving this as part of her lively, interactive dialogue. These sessions are appropriate for both large and small more intimate audiences and can be customized to address the particular needs and/or interests of women in your organization.
