Rebecca Shambaugh was the Keynote for VWR’s national leadership conference on January 16th in the Washington DC

Rebecca called out the demand for great leadership to navigate the new challenges, complexities and opportunities in today’s environment. Rebecca shared her 5 steps for leading in today’s economy with specific examples and skills for attendees to address their own sticky floors and take intentional action for re-inventing their own leadership, teams and organization’s. Rebecca captured the hearts and minds of several hundred attendees and  encouraged people to unstick their old thinking, be open to new experiences and be their own champion for change!   Rebecca’s engaging talk covered her 5 steps which included:
