Women in Professional Services Program in DC

We hope to see you in our next session!

Location: Cooley Godward 777 6th Street, NW Suite 1100 Washington, DC 20001

Overview

SHAMBAUGH will build upon their 20+ years of research, direct experience and best practices providing results-focused programs for women leaders. Our findings indicate that there are universal skills, behaviors and characteristics in women leaders that are aligned with success in a cross-section of organizations and industries. However, in the Professional Services environment, there are specific areas which require adaptation of the content, as well as learning and mentoring approaches. These areas include, but are not limited to, career-pathing and promotional opportunities, and business development and relationship-building skills.

  • Leadership that drives company performance
  • Broader and more strategic relationships, which can leverage key organizational goals and business development opportunities

Proven Approach

This 2-day program will be conducted over a 2-month period and will allow for both classroom learning and practical application back in the attendee’s own work environment. SHAMBAUGH uses a research-based leadership model for women. The program will be delivered by SHAMBAUGH experts and experienced faculty members who have been working with this model for many years, both as a facilitators and as executive coaches.  Modules will be practical and not theoretical. They will be experiential and will support what we know about how adults truly learn and take on new behaviors.
