A SHAMBAUGH Leadership program in alliance with Penn State Executive Programs at the Smeal College of Business
October 8, 2007On October 8-12, 2008, SHAMBAUGH Leadership, in alliance with Penn State Executive Programs, conducted their first in a series of programs being offered at the Smeal College of Business. The Executive Program for Women Leaders breaks away from the typical "how-to" leadership program to focus on attributes of being a great leader. The program covers distinctive and common challenges, opportunities, and potential derailers that women face in their work environments. You will gain a greater awareness of the "sticky floors" (the self-limiting behaviors, assumptions, and beliefs that hold women back in their careers) and learn how to break free of them. You will leave this transformational experience poised with the confidence and competence to lead yourself, your team, and your organization more effectively.
