The Sticky Floors for Women: Breaking Barriers for Leadership Excellence
May 29, 2008SHAMBAUGH’s WILL (Women in Leadership and Learning) Division is launching a dynamic, NEW two-day Leadership Program called The Sticky Floors for Women: Breaking Barriers for Leadership Excellence. Building on 15 years of experience, expertise and targeted solutions for women business leaders, this program will be launched in the fall in New York City. SHAMBAUGH is recognized as a premier provider of leadership development programs, leadership and executive coaching for women, and has been noted in TIME Magazine, US News and World Report, Glamour and PINK Magazine.
This Breaking Barriers two-day program incorporates many of the principles and strategies described in Rebecca Shambaugh’s recently published book, It’s Not A Glass Ceiling, It’s A Sticky Floor. Focusing on the beliefs, assumptions and behaviors that potentially hold women back from achieving their ultimate career goals, this program promises to be both enlightening and fun!

This two-day program is highly experiential and interactive. Each Sticky Floor is brought to life through assessments followed by case studies and role plays. Specific tools and techniques are applied during the two days and participants complete their experience with the ability to take insight to action when they leave.
Executive Coaching is also available following the program to reinforce learning and support action plans. SHAMBAUGH coaches are certified in the Sticky Floors and have a wealth of ideas and insights for helping participants make significant changes over a short period of time.
The fee for this two-day program is $1,900 for individuals. The discounted registration fee of $1,795 will be extended for companies that send more than three participants.
