September 18, 2007On September 18, 2007, SHAMBAUGH led the first in a series of workshops for Women in Bio, specifically geared towards women. Rebecca Shambaugh presented on the best practices of sticky floors - the seven common behavioral traits that can hold women back from reaching their career aspirations.
