MITRE Corporation 2008 Women’s Workshops
January 15, 2008Rebecca Shambaugh conducted a call with 80 women in MITRE Corporation and overviewed her coined concept of the Sticky Floors (the seven self-limiting beliefs, assumptions and behaviors that hold women back from advancing in their careers) from her newly published book called It's Not A Glass Ceilling, It's A Sticky Floor. This was the kick-off for a series of half-day Sticky Floor sessions, which will be conducted in McLean, VA and telecast in Bedford, MA over the next five months.
