Executive Coach
She has lived and worked in Asia for over 20 years and has helped organizations in Asia to identify, analyze and solve problems amid structural change and in a multicultural context. Maura develops solutions in collaboration with – and tailored to – the needs of the client. She then applies the solutions by: coaching executives individually and in groups, organizing seminars and workshops, designing group discussions and debriefing sessions, and providing reports with clear guidelines and concise recommendations.
Maura’s Asia experience and expertise in cross-cultural communication particularly benefit companies with diverse partners and employees in a region where an understanding of values drives behavior. Her ability to extract value out of diversity has become essential to many businesses.
Maura has practical experience driving and managing change while leading local civic organizations in the U.S. in the 1980’s. Most recently, she served as a Program Director at the Conference Board and adjunct faculty at the Center for Creative Leadership.
Maura has helped many clients, including Fortune 100 companies, translate a new vision into a plan of action. She has helped them build multicultural teams, raise staff morale, design learning programs, smooth leadership succession and develop leadership potential.
