As a leadership development consultant, Mary Alice works with organizations to develop and implement training and development programs that are tightly linked to the organization‚s strategic initiatives. Her experiences included technical sales, management, planning and implementation of key business strategies and Total Quality Management. Mary Alice holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Simmons College in International Business and Spanish.
