Mary Alice Callahan is a highly regarded leadership and professional development consultant with over 20 years experience in sales and sales management training, executive coaching, organizational effectiveness and professional development training. She has worked with many companies to address productivity and profitability issues as well as facilitate change initiatives through innovative development programs.
As a leadership development consultant for SHAMBAUGH Leadership, Mary Alice works with organizations to develop and implement training and development programs that are tightly linked to the organization’s strategic objectives and human capital planning initiatives. Mary Alice advises senior level executives and leaders through competency modeling, gap analysis, and the selection of development strategies from workshops to mentoring. She works with organizations to design and deliver effective strategies to enable strategic competency development from initial design to development and implementation of organizational and leadership competencies.
