Executive Coach
Keri has 16 years of coaching and 20 years of consulting experience. Her strategic approach -- combined with her coaching, sales, leadership, and management development background – helps to increase leadership effectiveness and achieve results.
Keri's coaching partnerships inspire clients to stretch, creating results beyond what they could imagine on their own. She works with people to assess and develop their talents and skills, and has worked extensively with developing all aspects of individual leadership to include critical behaviors, strategies, and techniques as well as executive presence. Keri’s coaching style allows her coachees to expand their awareness; and are therefore able to contribute more of their unique leadership talent, all while gaining confidence and satisfaction in their work and in their lives. This translates into higher functioning leaders who add greater value to their companies.
Prior to her work with SHAMBAUGH, Keri managed sales training for a Fortune 50 organization where she supported high-level sales talent in all aspects of the sales cycle, from selling skills to new product knowledge. Her work in management and leadership includes producing leading-edge programs in the following areas: strategic leadership, people skills and staff development.
Keri is a leader in the coaching community and is actively involved in growing and developing coaches worldwide. She serves on the faculty of the Coaches Training Institute (CTI), the largest coaching school in the world, where she has helped train more than a thousand coaches through classroom instruction, group facilitation, individual teaching and coaching. Keri sits on the oral examination panels and supervises coaches in The CTI certification program. She played a major role in launching the first multi-lingual group of Supervisors for the organization.
Keri has worked with leaders in a range of industries at companies such as: IBM, Genentech, Network Equipment Technologies and The Federal Home Loan Mortgage Corporation. She is certified by the Coaches Training Institute and is a Master Certified Coach for The International Coach Federation.
Keri holds a Masters Degree in Human Resource Development from The George Washington University and a Bachelors Degree in French from UCLA. She lives in the San Francisco Bay Area with her husband and son and the family dog.
