Kathryn has been with Microsoft since 1999 and is the Sr. Director of Licensing Solutions for the North America Public Sector Business Desk. Kathryn’s team of 26 is responsible for the negotiation and execution of customized volume licensing agreements that meet Public Sector customer needs. Prior to coming to Microsoft, Kathryn worked as a technical and acquisition Manager at the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (PTO).
Prior to her PTO experience she worked on Capital Hill and managed data center operations, supervised student computers labs and was part time faculty at a Community College in Pennsylvania.
Kathryn holds a M.S. degree in Information Systems from the University of Pittsburgh and a B.S. degree from The Pennsylvania State University.
