
Executive Coach and Senior Consultant
Carol has been coaching since 1993 and has 17 years of experience as a coach. She works with adults in both group and individual settings and has extensive experience working with people in organizations who want to improve their people management and time management skills, and the organization of their work program. As a management coach, Carol has extensive knowledge of and experience in interpreting a variety of assessment inventories and 360 feedback instruments. Her particular areas of interest include performance and change management, leadership development, and strategic planning.
In addition to her coaching, Dr. Blimline is a licensed psychologist with a private practice in Rockville, Maryland. She has taught both Counseling and Organizational Development graduate courses at the University of Maryland and at Johns Hopkins University. She has researched and published studies on women and careers and has presented on related issues at numerous professional conferences.
Carol has coached mid and upper level managers at a variety of organizations including: The International Monetary Fund, The Inter-American Development Bank, Radio Free Asia, The American Kidney Fund, Westat and several U.S. Government agencies. She also has a private practice in Rockville, Maryland where she works with individuals experiencing a variety of life-span issues and where she also coordinates an employee assistance program for government and business.
