Biography

Bonnie Amato is the Vice President of Revenue Strategy for Marriott International’s Eastern Region. She has been with Marriott for over seventeen years. In her current role, Ms. Amato is responsible for focusing on Pricing, Market Analysis, and Human Capital for all major markets in the Eastern Region from New England through the Carolina’s. She and her teams are responsible for individual hotel pricing strategy and analysis for total hotel revenue production.

Ms. Amato has extensive experience with the hotel industry having worked for such chains at Stouffer Hotels, Renaissance Hotels and most recently Marriott International. She loved the industry from an early age and attended the Hotel School at Cornell University in Ithaca New York, where she began her career while in college as the Hotel Operator. She has spent over 11 years in Operations in the grand historic hotels of Renaissance Mayflower in Washington DC and Renaissance Cleveland Hotel in addition to five years prior on the North American Renaissance Brand team finding great success with the newly acquired brand for Marriott International.

In her spare time, she enjoys outside activities and travel around the world with her family, her husband Michael and her 7 year old daughter, Tatum Sophia, for which they affectionately call “meatball”.
