With over 20 years of experience, she works with organizations, teams and individuals to enhance their professional effectiveness and the quality of their leadership. Abigail provides CEOs, senior executives and emerging leaders’ cutting-edge strategies, including those based on the latest developments in brain science research, to reach their desired business goals.

Abigail's initiatives provide executives with proactive and innovative methods to successfully manage the whirlwind of technological, economic and social changes affecting the marketplace. Her distinctive background, which combines international financial transactional work with leadership development, equips her clients with a unique perspective and the competitive advantage necessary to succeed in today’s global economy.

Abigail’s executive coaching, facilitation and consulting expertise helps today’s leaders address: strategic change; corporate mergers and downsizing; CEO, leadership, and team transition; global business protocol; negotiation and conflict resolution; and multi-cultural company dynamics. Her unique methods and positive results are due to her proprietary leadership model, “BRAIN™ (Brain Research Advances in Neuroscience),” which she has developed from brain science research conducted at Harvard, Colombia and the National Institutes of Health. The model provides long-term and sustainable changes to thinking and behavior.

Abigail is an accomplished speaker and writer. She has published articles and has spoken at numerous conferences and meetings, both domestically and abroad, on subjects relating to excelling as a leader in a global economy. Her clients are senior executives and teams in organizations of all sizes. They include: Exxon, IFC/World Bank, Motorola, Marriott, Credit Suisse, Disney, US Senate, IBM, Merck, Cargill, Capital One, Firestone, Caterpillar, Aspen Institute, Dow Chemical and Arnold and Porter law firm.

Abigail graduated from Georgetown University’s Leadership Coaching Certificate Program, certified by the International Coach Federation (ICF). She also holds the following credentials: Awarded the Professional Certified Coach Credential (PCC) from ICF, qualified administrator of the Myers-Briggs Inventory (MBTI), Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) trained practitioner, certified in the Cultural Orientations Indicator (COI) and the Cultural Orientations Model (COM) -- global assessment tools to build cultural awareness, trained and skilled in Action Learning Techniques, certified in the Conflict Dynamics Profile -- a tool for conflict behaviors in the workplace, trained practitioner in neuroscientific and brain-based leadership strategies to improve business acumen, and certified to administer the Center for Creative Leadership’s (CCL) 360-degree feedback assessment tools including, Executive Dimensions and Benchmarks.

Abigail holds a Masters Degree in International Finance and Economics from The Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies and completed post-graduate work in Executive Leadership at Harvard University. As a volunteer, she participates in a mentorship program for DC inner-city high school seniors, teaching them leadership and organizational skills as they pursue their educational and vocational interests.
